The people of Vanuatu are almost all Melanesians - except for those from Futuna Island. Ekasup Cultural Village, just out of Port Vila, has been built by former residents of Futuna Island to show visitors some of Futuna’s unique Polynesian culture. More than this, it’s a vital link in keeping this culture alive.
