Melbourne’s mind-bending urban sculptures and street art sometimes leave you wondering whether it’s you or the city that is going crazy. “Melbourne's City of Yarra has the densest concentration of galleries and public art collectives of any place on earth," says Phil Hall, artistic director and curator of the Contempora sculpture and public art festival.
