SYDNEY can be likened to Australia’s reputation for wine – bold, brash and sunny. But south of the Great Divide is what could be described as ‘the other Australia'. Melbourne is where you’ll discover a more subtle, urbane Australia where the people, the food, the grape varieties and even the fashions are seemingly at odds with the rest of the country.
