Monaco certainly knows how to spend its casino-won dollars (or Euros). From the Jardin Exotique to the new Japanese Gardens, from sculpture parklands to the gardens cascading from the roof of the Fontvielle Shopping Centre, this tiny principality seems determined to show that it still has plenty of "green space".
